Many people have doubts about the anti rust effect of anti rust paper when choosing it, and even some friends have called directly to ask how to test the anti rust effect of anti rust paper. Unfortunately, the current anti rust experiments can only be conducted in the laboratory and are not suitable for daily testing. However, no matter what, the anti rust paper manufacturer still shares it with everyone.
In fact, the anti rust effect testing of anti rust paper in the laboratory is achieved by using various devices to simulate actual usage conditions or artificially creating harsh conditions such as high temperature, high temperature, salt spray, harmful gases, etc., in order to accelerate the corrosion process and complete the effect monitoring. There are mainly five methods:
The first method is a static rapid identification test. It is to identify the protective ability of gas-phase rust proof paper against various metals under simulated high temperature and high humidity conditions.
The second method is dynamic non-contact acceleration test. It is to evaluate the volatile rust prevention ability of gas-phase rust proof paper under simulated conditions of high temperature, high humidity, salt spray and consumption.
The third method is dynamic contact acceleration test. It is to evaluate the contact rust prevention ability of gas-phase rust proof paper under simulated conditions of high temperature, high humidity, salt spray, and consumption.
The fourth method is the wet heat test. It is an accelerated experiment simulating tropical climate.
The fifth method is saline spray test. It is an accelerated test simulating oceanic climate in a salt spray box.
Although the above methods need to be carried out in the laboratory, they still have certain reference value for us to test the rust prevention effect of rust proof paper on our own. We can still simulate and test them based on the above conditions.
