Product advantages
CX-2000 rust remover belongs to inorganic acid, which can remove rust in a short time, and pollutants (carbon deposits) and oxides have no damage to the base material, and can clean the surface of precision parts. The best effect can be achieved at room temperature, and it can also be achieved in tiny gaps.
Adaptation field
Rust removal of exposed ferrous metals, various iron structures, bridges, ships, ships, railways, vehicles, agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, equipment and heavy metal equipment such as steel bars, iron skeletons, steel pipes, iron towers, railings, roofs, storage tanks and pipelines.
Safety index
CX-2000 is a special liquid mixture which can remove rust and dissolve metal oxides without corroding metal materials. It has the integrated function of rust removal and rust prevention, and can remove rust in a short time, which conforms to REACH and RoHS regulations.
Product protection period and storage method
Sealed and stored in a dry and cool place to avoid contact with chemicals and direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 2 years (up to 5 years according to usage)
Usage
According to different treatment objects, dipping, brushing or spraying methods are usually adopted:
Impregnation: according to the different degrees of corrosion, operate in a proper proportion.
Brushing: It is suitable for large or local cleaning.
Spray: When it is difficult to dip and brush, spray method is usually used, and low-pressure sprayer is generally used.
Usage: 7-10m2/L (when brushing method is adopted)
