The anti rust life of gas-phase anti rust film is an important indicator for judging the technical standards of anti rust film, which generally takes 5-10 years. However, predicting the effective lifespan of gas-phase anti rust films has always been a challenge. In order to obtain the effective lifespan of gas-phase rust proof film in a short period of time, it is necessary to establish an effective lifespan evaluation system, including salt spray box accelerated corrosion test and constant temperature box accelerated volatilization test.
Among them, the salt spray box accelerated corrosion test uses the acceleration rate of the salt spray box to predict the service life of the gas-phase anti rust film, and the constant temperature box accelerated volatilization test uses a mathematical model of the volatilization law of the gas-phase anti rust film to predict its effective life. The prediction results of these two methods are basically the same.
In order to evaluate the anti rust effect and protection life of the new gas-phase anti rust film in a short period of time, it is necessary to first compare the salt spray box accelerated corrosion test method and atmospheric environment test method. The purpose is to:
(1) Study the correlation between salt spray box acceleration test and atmospheric environment test from three aspects: simulation, acceleration, and reproduction, in order to evaluate the scientificity and reliability of laboratory acceleration test methods.
(2) Through the study of salt spray box acceleration test, the acceleration rate of salt spray box acceleration test relative to atmospheric environment test was obtained.
(3) Predict the protective life of gas-phase anti rust film on metal materials, and use the acceleration rate of salt spray box accelerated corrosion test and the anti rust time of metal samples packaged with gas-phase anti rust film in salt spray box.
